Our Commitment We want you and your pup to love every purchase! If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right immediately!

Late Deliveries Some items ship from overseas and may take 10–20 business days. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
